I have been waiting for an app where a female rider can request a female driver and was very excited when I saw this in Detroit. I scheduled a ride over 2 weeks out and received confirmation and driver information right away so I was impressed. I called customer service the day before my ride to make sure everything was still scheduled and they confirmed it was.
The morning of my flight, I was supposed to get picked up at am. At am I received a text saying no drivers were available and my ride was canceled which left me scrambling last minute for transportation. What a horrible first experience with this service after I was so excited to use them. I love all the great features it has, it really makes feel safe.
